ICC issued its latest Test player rankings on Tuesday. Skipper Virat Kohli remains at the second position in the batting chart. Pacer Jasprit Bumrah has, however, slipped to the ninth spot among bowlers.

Kohli retained the second spot with 886 points. The top-10 had two more Indian players, Cheteshwar Pujara (766) and Ajinkya Rahane (726) at the 8th and 10th positions respectively in the batting list. Australia’s Steve Smith is currently heading the batting list.

Bumrah slipped one place to the ninth position. Ravindra Jadeja remained at the third spot in the all-rounders’ list.

In the World Test Championship points table, India continues to lead with 360 points. It is followed by Australia with 296 points. England remains in third position with 279 points.
