PAKISTAN: Pakistan chief selector Inzamam Ul Haq, announced the 15 men squad for the World Cup. Mohd Aamir who has been struggling since champions trophy didn’t get the World Cup ticket, while the young speedster, Mohd Hasnain got the chance to featured in his first world cup.
Apart from this, Abid Ali who made his arrival by scoring 112 runs in his Debut match has been added as the third opener while Fakhar Zaman and Imam uL Haq will be their first preference. The Experienced Duo of Hafeez-Malik also featured in the 15 Men squad. While the position of Hafeez has been doubted because of his injury.
The notable omission from the squad was the 23 years old Wicketkeeper Batsman, Mohd Rizwan who scored 2 tremendous Centuries against Australia in UAE, will not be able to get the chance to play World Cup 2019.
Sarfraz Ahmed will lead the side. Imad Wasim, Faheem Ashraf, and Shadab Khan have been selected as 3 all-rounders. Young Sensation, Shaheen Shah Afridi also awarded for his good performance against South Africa.
