Mumbai Indians star all-rounder, Krunal Pandya who came into talks in this year’s Indian Premier League has posted a picture on his official Instagram account saying: “How about living in a world where dreams come true? Yes, an inch closer to the ultimate! India A, it is! Relishing the opportunities.” He can be seen wearing India-A jersey in the picture. Following his incredible performance in the tenth edition of IPL, he earned his chance to play in the India-A team.

Krunal earlier has also expressed his wish to play alongside with his brother, Hardik Pandya and represent team India. After being selected for the South Africa tour of India-A team, he said in an interview, “Getting an India ‘A’ call is a chance of making it to the senior team. Now, I feel I’m one step closer to playing for India alongside Hardik. We have been dreaming of playing together for the national team.”

In the finals of IPL 2017, he played a very crucial knock which played an important role in Mumbai Indians victory. He picked up 16 wickets at an average of 29.88 and an economy rate of 7.12 in the tournament due to which he got a spot in the India-A side. About the upcoming matches, Krunal spoke that he is comfortable to bat at any position and said, “As a player, I’m very flexible and ready to take any challenge. If the team requires me to bat up the order or come in the end, I am open to all. Eventually, I will look to contribute in any way possible and that is my main motive.”
