India and Pakistan have the greatest rivalry of all time.

The India v/s Pakistan match was played on Sunday, August 28th.

India won the toss and elected to field first.

First Innings

Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam opened the innings.

All eyes were on Babar Azam and none of the Indian bowlers had been able to take his wicket.

Bhuvenshwar Kumar broke the chain of his non-out against the Indian team as he took his wicket in the first over itself.

The Indian bowlers didn’t let the Pakistan batsmen score many runs as they had quick breakthroughs.

Hardik Pandya’s two wickets in his 14th over pushed back the PAK team.

Rizwan’s knock of 43 runs added some valuable runs to the total.

Haris Rauf and Shahnawaz Dahani’s shots at the end took the total to 147 runs.

Bhuvenshwar took two back-to-back wickets in the eighteenth and was on a hat-trick.

The Indian bowlers stopped them at a low score as Bhuvi took four wickets Hardik took three major wickets and Arshdeep Singh took two wickets.

Second Innings

IND’s innings began with Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul.

Naseem Shah gave the early breakthrough to IND as he bowled KL off the second ball itself.

Virat was seen in the form again as some of the great shots from his bat gained confidence for him.

Rohit lost his wicket as he hit an unwanted shot despite a massive hit he hit just before.

After Rohit, Virat made the same mistake as he lost his wicket too in an unwanted shot.

Ravindra Jadeja sent up the order with an unexpected thing that was seen.

The Hardik and Ravindra partnership saved the game in the middle. The singles, doubles, and shots in between kept IND alive in the game.

In the 19th over, Hardik hit three fours as he brought IND into the phase of victory.

Jadeja lost his wicket in the last over when he tried to clear the ball and win the match.

Hardik finished the game in style as he hit a flat six and made IND win the game.

India won the match by five wickets and Hardik was given the Player of the Match for his knock of 33 runs and 3 wickets.
