Nothing better than begging a new festival with the ‘City of joy’. The first ever pink-ball Day/Night test match has set the festive mood in the entire city.
Team India will be locking horns with Bangladesh tonight at Eden Gardens in Kolkata in their maiden day-night Test. The buzz around the pink-ball match escalated only after the BCCI chief Sourav Ganguly pushed forward the idea.
However, Kolkata has set the mood completely as pink-coloured sweets are being sold in the city.

Every famous landmarks in the city have been decked up in pink. A huge pink ball has been hung over the Eden Gardens to let people know that the iconic venue is going to script history in the Indian cricket once again! The stands in the Eden Gardens have also been lit with pink lights.
Earlier, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly took to twitter to share the pictures of Kolkata and appreciated the preparations done by the CAB & BCCI.
