The pacer from England is set to miss the 13th edition of Dream11 IPL and Vitality T20 Blast and is set to undergo a surgery in September. This is a huge blow for the Knight Riders as one of their bowler has been ruled out of the IPL.

The Bowler from England was quite sharp and clever with his line and length and had picked up seven wickets out of the eight games that he had played in the 2019 IPL. According to a report issued by ESPNCricinfo, Harry will not travel to the UAE where the IPL is set to begin on September 19.

Harry was quite frustrated and devastated on having to miss the IPL as he was eagerly waiting for cricket to resume. On the other hand the Knight Riders have 7 foreign players in their list and can still replace the injured Gurney if required.

The bowler from England also recalled some of his best moments on the field felt proud to be a part of Nottinghamshire. He believes there is nothing better than performing at the Trent bridge and competing for the silverware around best of teammates.

Gurney believes to have great amount of faith in his franchise. He trusts his team and expects them to go as far as possible in the tournament and lastly win the trophy. He will be cheering them from where ever he is and will be up if there is a need of some tactical advice.

The Head Coach of KKR spoke up on the Injury of Harry Gurney and said that it is huge blow them to loose such a bowler who could make any T20 squad better with his presence.

The Head coach further believes that the bowler from England has become a leader in the limited overs cricket due to the experience he has gained from the white ball cricket.

Moving on to the positives there might be a replacement and some other worthy candidate might get an opportunity to proof himself, said the Head Coach.

To conclude the Head Coach had a say on his bowlers of his squad and said that there are many talented men in the squad who are looking to take their game on the next level. On the other hand there are experienced bowlers like Luke Fletcher and Jake ball who will take majority of the responsibility in the bowling department.
