It was Sunday, and as we all know its time for double header and in the first match It was RCB who took on Hyderabad in the afternoon session at Rajiv Gandhi international stadium. It was Kohli who won the toss and elected to bowl first. With Kane Williamson out due to injury, it was Bhuvneshwar Kumar who was the skipper for this match.

The opening pair gave SRH blistering start as both the openers scored 59 in the first 6 overs. Both the batsman had proved themselves in the first two matches that how dangerous they can be. They both outclassed the rcb bowling attack and scored marvellous centuries.  None of the rcb bowler proved dangerous and none of them were able to create any sort of trouble for both the players.  First it was Bairstow and then warner. Both scored scintillating centuries and put the home side in command by putting 231 runs on the board in just 20 overs. In T20s its quite difficult to achieve this kind of a target. But looking at the Rcb batting line-up, crowd was accepting some kind of fight and entertainment.

It was Parthiv Patel and shimron hetmyer who started the proceedings for rcb but the vows for perfect start continued as visitors lost Parthiv Patel in the second over of match. It was Nabi who got the scalp. He came to the side in place of Williamson. He also the big wicket of AB devilliers and shimron hetmyer.

Rcb never looked settled as they kept on losing the wickets at regular interval of time. In the first 8 overs they lost 6 wickets with just 36 runs on the board with Nabi taking 4 of them. Shivam Dube and Colin de Grandhomme tried to built the inning but nothing happened. The misery ended and they only manages 113 in 19.5 overs. With losing first 3 matches, it will be hard for RCB to stay longer in the tournament.

It was Johnny Bairstow who was adjourned man of the match for his game changing knock of 114 of just 56 deliveries with 12 fours and 7 huge sixes.
