James Vince has tested positive for the coronavirus and this brings him in doubt for the Pakistan Super League. (PSL)

He was supposed to play in the PSL playoffs for the Multan Sultans on November 14. He has also been a part of England’s winning world cup squad.

The player is asymptomatic but will undergo self-isolation for 10 days prior to the positive date and will undergo a second test as soon as possible.

Sydney Sixers from the Big Bash League has also signed Vince as it is just a month away he should be fine until then.

With the withdrawal of Mahmadullah from Multan Sultans there title hopes look to fade away with time. 155 runs were scored by Vince in the league games which were held before the pandemic.

Joe Denly could be the possible replacement for Vince.

The people who were in contact with Vince will also undergo an isolation period of 14 days.
