Abhishek Sharma outshone everyone’s performance by hitting a stellar century and a knock of 141 runs.
This knock brought him directly to the third place of highest knocks in the history of IPL after Chris Gayle with 175 runs and Brendon McCullum with 158 runs, and in third place is Abhishek Sharma with the knock of 141 runs.
With his knock, he surpassed KL Rahul’s innings of 132 runs and scored the highest individual score by an Indian.
He scored his century in just 40 deliveries, which is the third-fastest by an Indian player in the IPL and the fifth-fastest overall.

The 27th match of the IPL was all set to be played in Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad.
Shreyas Iyer won the toss and elected to bat first.
