Playoff pressure mounts on KKR as CSK clinches a win and spots emerging talents.

Chennai Super Kings are out of the race for the playoffs this year, but their win against Kolkata Knight Riders has made the road towards the playoffs difficult for KKR as well.

The positive takeaway from the last match for CSK was that they are finally discovering new talent for the next season.

They have always been dependent on senior players and have not focused much on scouting new talent.

In the last match, they unearthed some promising players in the form of Urvil and Dewald Brevis, and also gave an opportunity to Ayush Mhatre.

With outstanding bowling figures of 4/31, Noor Ahmad jumped to the second spot in the Purple Cap list.
