It has been a while since the Raipur stadium was opened.

A lot of matches including the IPL and other tournaments were played over there.

It was the first time that the Indian team will play in the Raipur stadium.

After winning the first thriller match the Indian team is all set to beat the Kiwis in the second ODI as well.

Match Details

The Raipur crowd witnessed the first-ever international match in their town.

A hilarious situation happened as India won the toss.

After winning the toss Rohit got confused about what they decided to do after winning the toss.

After that India chose to field first and called the Kiwis to bat first.

New Zealand Innings

Finn Allen and Devon Conway opened the Innings for the Kiwis.

Mohammad Shami didn’t let the Kiwis settle down as he took Finn’s wicket in the first over.

After the first breakthrough, the Indian bowlers took back-to-back wickets.

They didn’t let any of the Kiwi’s batsmen settle down and build a good score.

The pitch was also helping the bowlers as it was flat and good for bowling.

Glenn Phillips and Mitchell Santner however tried to make some runs.

Hardik Pandya is not letting them settle down and breaks their partnership as well.

At last, the Indian bowlers took all the wickets of the Kiwis at just a score of 108.

Mohammad Shami took three wickets, and Hardik Pandya and Washington Sundar took two wickets each.

India Innings

The Indian batsman has a low score of 109 runs to win the match.

If India wins this match they will also take the lead by 2-0 and win the series.

Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill opened the Innings for India.

They both gave a good start to the team as they were also making quick runs.

As the match went on Rohit Sharma even completed his half-century.

After completing his half-century he lost his wicket to Shipley.

Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan took India to victory as Shubman finished off in style by hitting a cracking six.

In the end, Mohammad Shami was chosen as the Player of the Match.
