Good form of Indian Badminton players continue and winning streaks are coming back to back by all the star players . Indian shuttler and Indonesia Open champion, Kidambi Srikanth won his match against the World No. 1 Son Wan Ho on Thursday and has advanced to the quarter-finals of the Australian Superseries. It is the second time in two weeks that World No. 22 has surprised Wan Ho.

Srikanth had a tough match against the South Korean opponent but the at the end Indian shuttler took the match. Despite losing his first set, he defeated the World No. 1  15-21, 21-13, 21-13 in a hard fought match. Along with him, B Sai Praneeth also won his second round match.

Praneeth took the early lead with a 21-15 victory in the first game against his Chinese opponent, Huang Yuxiang but lost his track in the second game and lost 19-16. However, the Indian made a comeback in the third set and took the game 21-18.

Praneeth and Srikanth will face each other to set-up All India clash in the last eight fight.
