Suryakumar Yadav equalizes Rohit Sharma and Glenn Maxwell’s record of most hundreds in T-20I.

Whereas Kuldeep Yadav equals the record for most players to get five wickets haul twice in a T-20I.

The Indian team was all set to play the series against South Africa with three different captains across different formats.

Suryakumar led the T-20I, whereas, after this, KL will lead the team in ODI matches.

Rohit Sharma will return in the test matches and will lead the team.

The first match got canceled due to rain, whereas South Africa won the second one.

If they win the third match as well, then they will win the series.

Whereas, if India wins the last match, then the series will end in a tie.

India Innings

Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill opened the innings for India.

Yashasvi and Suryakumar took the innings from there.

They started to play well, and Jaiswal completed his half-century.

Suryakumar went on to complete his half-century as wickets were falling from the other end.

Surya played an outstanding knock of 100 runs as he equaled the record of most hundreds by Rohit and Glenn.

By his knock, India reached a total of 201/7.

South Africa Innings

Reeza Hendricks and Matthew opened the innings for South Africa.

Mukesh Kumar didn’t let them settle, as in his first over, he bowled Matthew.

The Indian bowlers weren’t letting them settle as they were taking frequent wickets.

Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja, the spin attack, were playing a crucial role.

In the 14th over, Kuldeep Yadav took three wickets as South Africa got all out at a score of 95 runs.

Kuldeep Yadav took a haul of five wickets as he equaled the record for most five wickets in T-20I.

With this win, India equaled the series as the trophy was shared between both captains.
