The T-20 World Men’s Championship is going to take place in Australia from October 22nd to November 13th.

Before the World Cup matches, which are played among the top 12 teams worldwide, a group game will be played between eight teams to determine the remaining top four teams.

Currently, the top eight teams who have already qualified for the World Cup are Afghanistan, Australia, England, New Zealand, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and South Africa.

These eight teams for now have been divided into two groups:

Group 1:

Afghanistan, Australia, England, and New Zealand.

Group 2:

Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and South Africa.

The first match of the Super 12 will be played on October 22 between New Zealand and Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Before the Super 12 stage, the eight teams that will go head-to-head to qualify for the Super 12 are divided into two groups.

Group A:

Namibia, Sri Lanka, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates

Group B:

Zimbabwe, Ireland, the West Indies, and Scotland.

The group stage will start on October 16th.

The first Group Stage match will be played between Sri Lanka and Namibia.

Sri Lanka, despite winning the Asia Cup, still has to qualify for the World Cup.

The dates and schedule have already been announced, and the dates of the big event are coming close.

Teams have started to announce their squads. The last date for squad selection is September 15.

As for now, the defending champions, Australia, have already announced their squad.

The Australian team will be led by Aaron Finch.

They have also revealed their new jersey for the upcoming event, which will represent Indigenous Australians.

This will be the first time Australia will be representing this in a global event.

Other than Australia, India, South Africa, England, Bangladesh, Namibia, and the Netherlands have also announced their squads.

Sri Lanka, UAE, West Indies, Ireland, Scotland, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, New Zealand, and Pakistan are yet to announce their squads.
