Virat came into the bat after Shubman lost his wicket.
After some overs, even Rohit lost his wicket but Virat kept on going.

Sri Lanka Innings
Pathum Nissanka and Avishka Fernando opened the Innings for Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka lost their first wicket soon as Pathum kept on going.
Pathum soon completed his half-century and added valuable runs in the run chase.
Sri Lanka was losing wickets in a short interval of time when even Pathum lost his wicket.
As Sri Lanka was in trouble the captain came in to bat.
Captain Dasun Shanaka came to handle the situation as he started to score good runs.
He soon even completed his half-century followed by his century.
No other batsmen were supporting him as he alone kept on going but wasn’t able to make Sri Lanka win the match.
In the end, Sri Lanka lost the match by 67 runs.
Umran Malik took three wickets and Mohammad Siraj took two wickets.
While Mohammad Shami, Hardik Pandya, and Yuzvendra Chahal took one wicket each.
In the end, Virat Kohli was chosen as the Player of the Match.
