Happiest Minds Technologies, the Bengaluru-based digital and product engineering services firm has launched its first local development center in the United States with the acquisition of OSSCube, a US company that helps in digital transformation of American customers. This acquisition will come up with ultimate results and this might also help companies who also tend to acquire other companies or holding place in the overseas market. The latest acquisition can transform the services and provides consulting-led digital space, especially around open source platforms. This is company’s second acquisition within this month, they recently acquired Cupola Technology.
OSSCube was founded in 2008 by Lavanya Rastogi and Vineet Agarwal, it provides consulting-led digital transformation and modernisation services in the areas of cloud, big data, eCommerce, enterprise mobility and open source software. The firm is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia and an offshore team based out of Noida. After the acquisition, OSSCube’s 250 member team will now be a part of Happiest Minds and work for its Noida branch in achieving the desired goals and targets already set by the company.
