This company is also targeting other companies, who provide cab facilities so that public can make use of it in large amount. Shripal Gandhi is the founder of Cabby Tabby Technologies, which was formed in Pune this year, Gandhi is also the co-founder and CEO at Swipe Technologies which designs and manufactures budget smartphones and tablets. The company has started this service from 2 cities, Pune and Delhi and with response they’ll grow accordingly.
Apart from the weather information and time, Cabby Tabby makes your travel interesting with its technology and innovative skills by providing information on latest news, events and in-cab entertainment through music videos, songs and short films. Cabby Tabby has also selected and have tied up with few entertainment applications, like, Hungama Music, TVF, Prank Minister and Fast Ten. While travelling passengers can also take a view of city by choosing “Explore City” option, they can easily find Restaurants, Pubs, Shopping malls with the available discounts and other necessary places in the nearby area. The biggest rival or competitor for Cabby Tabby will be Ola because they also offers a similar service called Ola Play in its ‘Prime’ segment of cabs. Whereas, Ola has a better reach to people and this might cause problem for Cabby Tabby.
