CleverTap, a user engagement and mobile analytics startup, has partnered with Exotel under which it will integrate latter’s SMS marketing solutions on its own platform.
This is aimed at enabling CleverTap customers to engage with their users via SMS in a more effective manner and run multi-channel personalized SMS campaigns for increasing user engagement and retention.
Speaking on this latest development, Kuldeep Dhankar, head of business at CleverTap, said,

He further adds that the integration will further help clients to run personalized engagement campaigns using push notifications, in-app messages, web notifications, emails, and now SMS as well.
