Bengaluru-based cloud telephony platform, Exotel has partnered with software company Zendesk to render end-to-end multichannel support for all of its customers resides in India. Zendesk has plenty of satisfied customers in India. After this partnership, Exotel’s voice platform will be included in Zendesk to provide customer support by offerings regional languages across the country.

Shivakumar Ganesan, CEO of Exotel stated that “The combination of network security and cloud-based software has helped people log into their systems from anywhere. Instead of the call being in the call center, it is actually going to where the software is,”

Moreover, Exotel also provides the basic building block that helps a company customize customer communication over calls and SMS to cover more area and connect a large number of people with the company. Exotel will be included in the Zendesk API to provide phone support from Zendesk products businesses used to manage all other channels through communication.

Apart from this, the company offers voice communication for over a 1,000 businesses, including top brands like Ola, Uber, Flipkart, Quikr and Practo.
