Health and fitness startup Curefit will be launching two quick service restaurants in Bengaluru in the next 4-6 weeks. This new offering will focus on providing healthy food options to on-the-go people. Each of these food outlets is expected to cost around ₹40-45 lakh.

This development comes soon after the startup raised $120 million in series C funding from Accel Partners, IDG Ventures, and Kalaari Capital.

“Our proposition is that people should find healthier ways to eat wherever they are,” said Ankit Nagori, co-founder of Curefit. “This is why having an outdoor presence is important. We are piloting with a couple of outlets and will see how it goes.”

Bengaluru-based Curefit was founded by Mukesh Bansal, co-founder of Myntra and Ankit Nagori, former Flipkart executive in 2016. The startup provides healthy lifestyle solutions through its platform. It provides various solutions including eat.fit, to offer healthy food options, cult.fit, to offer different workout solutions, mind.fit, to offer wellness solutions like yoga and meditation, and care.fit, to offer doctor consultations and health checkups.

The startup offers food solutions through its own app as well as the food ordering app Zomato, clocking around 13,000 to 14,000 orders daily. According to the startup, the food segment form about one-fourth of its overall revenues and the startup is looking to expand the category to generate more than 50% revenue in the next three years.

Curefit’s foray into the offline space is expected to help it boost its sales and revenues.
