Eruditus has raised ₹16 crores in venture debt from InnoVen Capital, venture debt arm of Singapore state investment firm Temasek. The funds raised will be used to add new educational programmes to the portfolio and also to boost its expansion plans in international markets like Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Eruditus was founded by Chaitanya Kalipatnapu and Ashwin Damera in 2010. It is an executive learning website that provides interactive and diverse learning focussed on developing responsible leaders in any business scenario.

“We expect to enrol 30,000 students in our courses this year, a 300% growth from last year,” said Ashwin Damera, one of the co-founders of Eruditus.

It currently offers 28 executive courses spread across categories such as data sciences, fintech, etc., this number is expected to increase to 52 by the end of next year. Its courses are available across India, Singapore, Dubai and other global location, preparing the students to face the challenges of tomorrow.

Eruditus has collaborations with many international schools, providing a like Wharton School, MIT Sloan, INSEAD to name a few. These provide an alternative platform to deliver its programmes along with workshops, online courses and modular sessions.

Eruditus is run by a team of experienced professionals in the field of executive education. Its CEO Chaitanya Kalipatnapu has an experience of 12 years in executive education with INSEAD.
