Talent Litmus, a game-based talent search and HR-tech platform, has bagged an undisclosed amount from Inflection Point Ventures and Let’s Venture, cited Inc42.

“We are excited to bring together the diverse fields of game design, psychology and data analytics to re-imagine talent management. This triad ensures the scope of innovation is limitless,” Satpreet Arora, co-founder at Talent Litmus, said.

The infused funding will be used by Talent Litmus in order to integrate more than 200 companies to its clientele in Europe and India. Also, it will invest in research and development to make better its assessment platform.

Talent Litmus was started and founded by Satpreet Arora and Kiran Wadwa in 2016. The HR-tech platform uses a data-driven approach to assess job applicants, for which the company has generated a gamified screening tool.

As per the company’s website, Talent Litmus’ 45-minute interactive role-playing mobile game, Nautics, collects a detailed map of the candidate’s personality, attitude and cognitive abilities, allowing companies to judge a client’s behavioural skills based on the choices they make in the game.

Latent Litmus also gives its services to SMEs, government bodies, big corporations and educational institutions.

Furthermore, according to Research and Markets report of May 2018, within HRtech, the assessment services market is projected to cross $750 million by 2021 in India.

Besides Aspiring Minds, other companies working in the same domain include TalviewSkillenzaLeena AI, and Bash, among others.
