With an aim to provide employment to over 1,000 people by the end of year 2019, housing startup Stanza Living will hire about 250 people over the next few months.

Delhi-based platform said that it has scaled its workforce by 3x over the last quarter, reaching a headcount of 750 employees pan-India. While, by the end of the year 2019, the company plans to have a team of over 1,000 employees across 20 cities in the country, it added.

Anindya Duttta, co-founder and MD, Stanza Living, said that the company’s hiring strategy aims to build an agile, fast-actioning team of multi-sector experts who can keep pace with the company’s growth story.

Founded in 2017 by Sandeep Dalmia and Anindya Dutta, Stanza Living is creating a student-centric proposition with new-student living models encompassing a service-led housing solution, proprietary community-building personal and professional development programmes and a high-quality ecosystem catering to diverse student requirements.

The company offers a full-stack business model, which it claims enables it to design spaces and tailor its services to cater to their specific needs and desires.

“The senior leadership team at Stanza Living brings a ‘Balance of Experiences’ – young and experienced professionals from some of the leading new-age businesses and large traditional brands like Flipkart, Zomato, PayU, Airtel, Grofers, Future Retail, Snapdeal and more who are shaping India’s largest student accommodation company,” Dutta added.

Moreover, the company has committed an investment of INR 250 crore in building people, process and technology capabilities across its multi-city footprint.

While, some of the housing startup that fall under the similar domain include PropTigerNestAwayAwfis, ZoloStays, SquareYardsNoBroker, etc.
