Healthtech startup Mobile Health has acquired Bengaluru-based Songline Analytics, company that runs analytics startup Uninstall.io for an undisclosed amount. Mobile Health will be looking to expand its services by leveraging Uninstall.io’s technologies like data warehousing, image processing, machine learning, data analytics, and predictive analytics.

Uninstall.io was founded by Alok Mishra, Pritesh Vora, along with Lennon Teng in 2015. It helps the developers keep track of the reason why users uninstall their applications. It helps them improve their apps, which ultimately helps in user retention. It also helps its clients to identify loss-making channels so as to focus on channels with better user retention rates.

Its client list includes companies like Zalora, Axis Bank, Snapdeal, BankBazaar, Zivame, among others. It had raised funds from some of the most high profile individuals in the country including, Rajan Anandan, Vice President at Google APAC, 500Startups India, Hive Data, backed by Arihant Patni during the seed funding round.

Mobile Health was founded by Dr. Siaw Tung Yeng with other doctors having experience in healthcare, government policy and IT. Its platform MaNaDr was launched in 2017 as the healthcare ecosystem providing personalized healthcare to patients, enabling them to connect to the most trusted doctors.

It currently has a community of 500 clinics with 600 doctors in Singapore and it is also expanding into countries like Australia, Indonesia, India, and Malaysia. Mobile Health has raised over ₹68.9 crores ($10 million) in seed funding from various private investors and healthcare providers.

This new partnership opens up new avenues for both the companies, providing them with an opportunity to expand in the Indian market.

In a recent report by Google and BCG, digital spending is expected to touch $100 billion by 2020.

According to a new report by Grand View Research, the global healthtech industry is expected to reach $104.5 billion by 2020. While, the overall Indian healthcare market is expected to reach $280 billion in the next 10 years from the current $100 billion market, according to an IBEF report.
