MyHealthcare, a digital healthcare platform has raised ₹13.72 crores ($2 million) in series A funding led by Hunch Ventures and Ajay Nanavati, Angel Investor and Retired Managing Director of 3M India & Israel.

Client Associates Investment Banking (CAIB), acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the transaction. CAIB is a part of Client Associates, the leading multi-family office firm.

Gurugram-based InnoCirc Ventures, the company that operates MyHealthcare, was founded by Shyatto Raha, Aneesh Nair and Divya Laroyia in 2017. MyHealthcare provides a platform for patients, their families, and caregivers with hospitals and doctors into a digital ecosystem.

It provides a platform that keeps track of the patients’ complete medical history, providing emergency services like ‘panic button’ in patients app. It also provides a complete predictive analysis of a patients health based on current health parameters and the patients’ medical history.

Other features included on the platform include accessibility of medical profile for relatives and doctors, emergency notifications regarding the health of any relative, digitized prescriptions. It provides a comprehensive platform for patients health tracking and solutions using smart technology.

“With a widening gap between the availability of doctors, specialists and the demand for such caregivers, we believe this gap can be bridged with data-driven healthcare solutions. Our platform works with hospitals, in enhancing their care solutions by transitioning the care process from paper to digital form. In the next phase we are working towards the use of AI & ML for predictive analysis, to aid caregivers in the diagnosis process,” said Shyatto Raha, Founder and Director of InnoCirc Ventures.

The platform has started its operation in India, and it is now expanding to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Myanmar. Some of the leading hospitals in the country are amongst its customers, including the Fortis Group of Hospitals, among others.

In recent news, healthtech startup HealthSignz has raised ₹34.3 crores and another healthtech startup HealthPlix has secured ₹20.5 crores in series A funding.
