Nitin Seth, former Chief Operating Officer at Flipkart, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at data analytics firm Incedo. He will work on building Incedo’s clients, deepen innovation in emerging technologies, and lead the firm into its next phase of growth.

With this, Incedo’s co-founder and former CEO Tejinderpal Miglani will serve as president and will work closely with Seth as part of the new leadership team.

Commenting on this, Nitin Seth said,

I’m looking forward to creating the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring it’s positioned as a world-class, distinctive technology firm.

Headquartered in the Bay Area, San Francisco, Incedo has offices across North America and India. It is a technology solutions provider specialising in data analytics, information management, and business intelligence.

The company offers industry expertise to companies in financial services, life sciences, and communication engineering. It claims to be working with four of the top ten life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, two of the top telecommunications companies in the world, and some of the largest financial services firms in India.

Prior to his stint at Flipkart, Nitin Seth was the managing director and country head of investment firm Fidelity International in India. Before that, he was a director with McKinsey & Co for eight years.

He had joined Flipkart as chief people officer in February last year and then became COO in January this year after the top management underwent a major reshuffle in which Kalyan Krishnamurthy was appointed CEO. He quit Flipkart in May this year, citing personal reasons.
