Ola, a Bengaluru-based transport service provider company, has taken over another Bengaluru-based startup Pikup.ai. While, the team of Pikup.ai will join Ola as part of the deal.
The acquihire will deliver innovations that continue to improve safety and transform customer experience.

The company has already designated $60 million for international expansions. While, apart from London, Ola had launched its services in number of foreign cities.
Pikup.ai, on the other hand, was co-founded by Inder Singh and Ritwik Saika. The company uses autonomous technologies like artificial intelligence, computer vision, and sensor fusion to provide seamless AI-powered solutions for businesses.
While, Ola said that it was increasing its focus on using advanced analytics and deep technology to build on its mobility solutions.
