Awfis Space Solutions, which provides shared working space, has launched its first community workplace in Pune at Baner. With the city emerging as the hub of investment in real estate and a gamut of new-age start-ups, Awfis aims to build a network of entrepreneurs and business community in the city.
The company’s new workspace has a capacity of 600 seats and will target corporates, SMEs, start-ups and freelancers. It will also aid as a proximity centre for employees rendering flexibility and adding productivity.
The company has signed up new centre at Viman Nagar and aggressively exploring opportunities at Bund Garden, Magarpatta, to name a few.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Amit Ramani, CEO & Founder of Awfis said,
