CheckGaadi.com provides vehicle inspection technology and CRM solutions for its customers at affordable prices and with reliable solutions. After the acquisition, the technology of CheckGaadi will be used by TVS so that they can continue business operations. The growth of CheckGaadi has reached the size of 30 across 11 major cities and providing service to 75,000 customers till date.
On one hand, CheckGaadi is satisfying customers by providing solution relies on predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms, which makes vehicles healthy and maintain the reputation in the market and on other hand TVS Group is a leading supplier of automotive components with the combined turnover of over ₹42000 Crore ($6.5 Billon).
Earlier in 2017, Mumbai-based online automobile platform, CarTrade’s parent company MXC Solutions, acquired Adroit Inspection then after few months, Spinny raised ₹6.4 Crore ($1 Million) Seed funding from Blume Ventures and Indian Angel Network. CheckGaadi can face competition from
