Hoopy, a two-wheeler vehicle maintenance startup, has bagged an undisclosed amount of funding from Venture Farmer and Lead Angels Network, cited ET.

Abhinav Shrivastava, co-founder at Hoopy, said, “Tech-enabled operations will be the game changer of this technology starved industry. Hoopy will use this fund in its product development and refinement to further improve customer service and operational efficiencies.”

Hoopy was founded by Abhinav Shrivastava, Vedic Choubey and Shashank Dubey in 2016. The platform Hoopy is a technologically-connected ecosystem for the vehicle after sales service industry.

It is a Two-wheeler Servicing and Maintenance company providing its services to (B2B) Institutions having bike fleet for their businesses. It’s clients are major food delivering QSRs, Bike Rental Companies, Bike Taxi Companies, Bike Re-sellers and Insurance Companies.

Hoopy claims that it is developing ground breaking technologies to reform and revolutionize this Technology starved service industry.

Furthermore, as per the recent study, the automobile service industry is huge and highly unorganized where 70 per cent of the market share is captured by the local garages. While, the two-wheeler service industry in India alone stands at $6 billion, the study added.
