Yellow Tie Hospitality to offer incubation for startups; extends services to Ghost KitchensSource: Google

Yellow Tie Hospitality has reportedly, set up an incubation center for startups by extending its operations to Ghost Kitchens, reported by ET.

Yellow Tie Hospitality is a restaurant franchise management company, which also operates Genuine Broaster Chicken.

While, Ghost Kitchens is an investment and incubation company for startups in the cloud kitchen segment.

A chief executive for the incubation will be recruited by the Yellow Tie Hospitality, while Karan Tanna, founder at Yellow Tie Hospitality will remain a shareholder.

Yellow Tie Hospitality was founded by Karan Tanna in 2015. As per its LinkedIn page, the hospitality chain is a dynamic food and beverages franchise management company that builds portfolio of restaurant concepts with products, and aims at collaborating with entrepreneurs, creating 10,000 success stories.

The platform Yellow Tie Hospitality said, “The start-up will invest only in delivery business companies which have scalability potential and plans an investment portfolio of 50 brands in two years.”

The initial costing of the investment will be around $3 million for 15 brands in the first year, it added.

Some of the significant strong players in the hospitality startup include YatraFabhotels,TreeboMakeMyTripClearTrip, and among others.
