Bharti Airtel AKA, the Airtel has launched new entry-level Android-powered smartphones in India. Just like the JioPhone, these phones are entitled to some contracts, which make these smartphones, some of the cheapest offering in the market. These phones are manufactured and marketed by Karbonn India.

The newly launched Karbonn A1 and the Karbonn A41 does offer entry-level Android specifications. Effectively, the Karbonn A1 will cost ₹1,799 and the Karbonn A41 Power will cost ₹1,849 only. However, one has to make an initial payment of ₹3,299 and ₹3,349 respectively. One can go with the ₹169 rupees payment for 36 months to receive ₹500 and ₹1,000 for the first 16th month and 36th month. One can also go with any recharge plan which should sum up to ₹3000 rupees in the first 16 months and ₹3000 for the next 16 months to receive the same benefits.

Tech specifications of the Karbonn A1 and Karbonn A41 Power:

These smartphones offer almost similar specifications with a 4-inch WVGA multi-touch coloured display protected by 2.5D glass on the top. Both smartphones offer 1 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 8 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot (up to 64 GB). These phones do support dual SIM cards, so, you can use a secondary SIM card, which is not the case with the JioPhone. The Karbonn A41 Power is has a slightly better 1.3 GHz Quad-core SoC, whereas the Karbonn A1 is powered by a slightly underpowered 1.1 GHz Quad-core SoC.

With respect to the camera, the Karbonn A1 offers a 3.2 MP rear-facing camera and a 2 MP front-facing selfie camera. The Karbonn A41 Power offers a 2 MP rear-facing camera and a 0.2 MP selfie camera. So, if you are a photo freak, then go for the best in the business. Both smartphones run on Android Nougat 7.0 operating system with custom UI on the top. For the climax, we have saved the battery. The smartphone with the name surname power gets a slightly better 2500 mAh user-accessible battery, whereas the Indian gets a 1500 mAh capacity battery.
