The premium segment gadget makers, Apple is soon expected to launch a new feature. While iOS is the big fish in the sea, the most talked new feature could be for MacOS- something interesting! According to a new report from Axios’ Ina Fried- Apple will let you run iPad apps.

Resources claim that the company’s software head, Craig Federighi has announced some big plans regarding the launch of this feature to the employees in a meeting last month. The report also throws some light on the ability to run iPad apps on mac which contributes to “higher degree of complexity” to this year’s OS release but will surely stand out as an incremental feature for the Mac users.

The point to be noted is- this isn’t the very first time we’re hearing that Apple will permit developers to port iPad apps to MacOS! Earlier in the day also, there was a report issued by the trusted resource, Bloomberg which claims that Apple might encourage the developers to create a single app that runs on both iOS and MacOS platforms simultaneously. If anything like this happens, developers will be able to design a single app that works with both the technologies, a touchscreen and a mouse/trackpad in contrary to the fact that currently, they have to design separate apps for iOS and MacOS. The whole change thing will be introduced by the Apple as a part of the next major iOS and macOS updates that are scheduled to arrive later this year-the reports further added.

This step seems to revolutionize the MacOS platform. This feature also adds to the better integration of macOS and iOS. The strategy targets heavily integrated approach offered by Microsoft’s and Google’s inspiring range of products. For example, Microsoft’s Windows and Google’s Play store for Android which runs pretty well on every device.Same is expected to be done by the Apple in the future.

Let’s see what Apple has got in their bag!
