Apple does listen to its customers, and the company is planning to announce an iPhone with the dual SIM card slots for the first time in the history of Apple. Along with the three new bezel-less iPhones, the company might also introduce the world of dual SIM iPhones, which has a large market in the countries like India and China.

According to Kuo’s report, Apple is partnering with Intel for the LTE modems, due to the dispute between the Qualcomm and Apple. So, the upcoming iPhones in 2018 are also expected to feature an Intel engineered network modem, instead of the Qualcomm’s.

Coming to the three bezel-less iPhone models, one of these models is expected to feature Qualcomm made LTE modem, which should offer dual SIM card slots with 4G LTE and VoLte capability on both the slots. However, when it comes to storage, the company is expected to maintain the internal storage, so, do not expect an external SD card slot what so ever.

The technology will be called as DSDS (Dual SIM Dual Standby), which means, both SIM cards can support native LTE bands all the time. As a matter of fact, this feature hasn’t been achieved on any smartphone until today what so ever.

Coming to the 3 bezel-less iPhone model, the company will completely ditch the normal iPhone edition. So, there will be no more Touch ID or those top and bottom bezels what so ever. The upcoming iPhones in 2018 are expected to come in three sizes. 5.8-inch, 6.1-inch, and a 6.5-inch screen size. The 5.8-inch and the 6.5-inch models are expected to feature a OLED panel manufactured by Samsung, whereas the 6.1-inch iPhone to uses a TFT-LCD panel, which should bring down the cost of production compared to the OLED models.

All three models to feature Face-ID, wireless charging, Animoji, and 3D touch. When it comes to pixels per inch calculation, the iPhone with the TFT-LCD screen is expected to feature 320-330 pixels-per-inch making it a retina standard. However, the other two iPhones with 5.8-inch and the 6.5-inch models are expected to feature 458 and 480-500 pixels-per-inch, which makes them Super Retina display.

Coming to the pricing. the OLED models are expected to be priced at $1000-$1100, whereas the TFT-LCD model is expected to be priced at $700, which will be in line with the present iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus.
