Apple iPhone X India launch on 3rd November; Priced INR 89,000

Apple's iPhone X is a state of the art smartphone priced at INR 89,000 featuring 8.5-inch super retina bezel less display and dual camera.

Take my two kidneys and give me your iPhone X with 256 GB model. This is what I am thinking after looking at the monstrous pricing of the iPhone X (called ten).

The iPhone X comes in either 64 GB or 256 GB storage priced at INR 89,000 and INR 102,000 respectively. However, in the united states, the device is priced at $999 or INR 63940.99 for the 64 GB variant and $1,149 or INR 73541.74 for the 256 GB storage variant. So, there is at least an INR 25,000 difference from here to the United States.

This is the best iPhone ever:

Like every year, this is the best iPhone ever, packing the state of the art design and powerful hardware in and out. Let’s look at the features and specifications for the same.

Design: iPhone X features nearly bezel less design with a narrow cut-out on the top to incorporate sensors. The iPhone X is the first iOS device to feature nearly bezel less display. The phone now offers 5.8-inch custom made OLED panel with an edge to edge display with massive 458 pixels per inch. Apple also joins the race by making the iPhone X HRD enabled (Dolby Vision and HDR 10 compliant). The display now comes with 18:9 aspect ratio making it great for the multimedia consumption.

The mid-frame or Chassy is made using the high-quality surgical grade stainless steel with most advanced polishing methods. The mobile is powered by the same Apple A11 Bionic chipset paired with M11 motion coprocessor for the additional functions. The device is also one of its kind, and the first Apple mobile to completely ditch the physical home button in favour of the nearly edgeless display.

Camera: The iPhone packs similar camera on the rear as of the iPhone 8 Plus. The dual 12 MP camera, backed by Quad LED true tone flash. The primary 12 MP wide angle sensor features F/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilisation and the secondary 12 MP sensor offers wider F/2.4 aperture telephoto lens. The device supports dual optical image stabilisation, 4K video recording capability up to 60 frames per second and 1080p video recording capability up to 240 frames per second. The new portrait lighting can provide professional looks for your bokeh effect. The cameras are protected by the Saffire crystal lens to protect from the day to day abrasions.

Thanks to the depth sensing sensor found in the mobile, the device now offers live bokeh effect via 7 MP front-facing  TrueDepth camera as well. The front facing camera supports 1080p video recording capability up to 30 frames per second.

Thanks to the TrueDepth sensing camera, the device now comes with a new way to unlock your smartphone. Instead of Touch ID, the device now features face ID. The Face ID comes with the machine learning and improves over the time. According to Apple, one cannot fake the Face ID by any kind of photography. The TrueDepth sensing camera paired with infrared sensor even works in low lightening condition as well.

Finally, the iPhone X do support fast charging and wireless charging. One can use any Qi certified already existing charger for the wireless charging capability. The device also offers IP67 under IEC standards for dust and water resistance. If you are looking for a flagship smartphone with state of the art features and premium build quality from a well-established brand, then Apple iPhone X is a tailor-made smartphone for you.
