The Lenovo Moto C Plus is our first choice and the cheapest option as well. The device is priced at INR 5,999 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart and offline retail stores.

The device runs on Android version 7.0 and expected to receive Android Oreo update in the near future. The Nokia 3:

The Nokia 3 is priced at INR 9,499 and available exclusively on offline retail stores. The device offers a 5.0-inch 720p IPS LCD screen, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top. Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 SoC paired with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot. The device also offers dual SIM card slots with 4G LTE and VoLte capability on both the slots.

In terms of camera capability, the device offers an 8 MP rear-facing camera and an 8 MP selfie camera with 720p video recording capability. For the price tag that the device is being offered, these are some of the best cameras, which gives a premium low light performance. As per the operating system is considered, the device offers stock Android Nougat with Android Oreo in the near future.

The Nokia 5:

This device retails for INR 12,000 in India and available exclusively on offline retail stores. The device also features a 5.0-inch 720p IPS LCD screen protected by 2.5 D curved tempered glass on the top. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Octa-core SoC, paired with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot.

The device also offers dual SIM card slots with 4G LTE and Volte capability. This smartphone also offers features like fast charging, fingerprint scanner and full metal unibody design (which makes it look like Nokia 8). This is probably, the best looking smartphone at this price tag without any doubt.

The Nokia 6:

The Nokia 6 is one of the well-built smartphones at the price tag of INR 14,999. This smartphone is available exclusively on Amazon with INR 1000 cashback as Amazon pay balance. In terms of design and build quality, this specific smartphone is made like a tank, so bending or flexing what so ever.

In terms of tech specifications, the device offers a 1080p IPS LCD panel, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top. Under the hood, the device uses the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Octa-core SoC, paired with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot. This device even offers dual stereo speakers with Dolby digital sound signature.

With respect to the operating system, the device runs on Android Nougat 7.1.2 with expected Android Oreo update before December 2017.

The Lenovo K8 Note:

This is the smartphone, where the Lenovo decided to ditch its own Vibe UI in favour of the stock Android. The Lenovo K8 Note is priced at INR 13,999 for the 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variant and the device will be available exclusively on Amazon.

Just like most of the devices at this price tag, the device offers a full metal unibody design with a 1080p IPS LCD panel protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Under the hood, the device is powered by the flagship class MediaTek Helio X25 10-core SoC, which is the most powerful processor that is being used any smartphone under the INR 20,000 rupees price tag.

For the camera capability, the device offers a dual rear-facing camera with a 13 MP and a secondary 5 MP sensor which offers portrait mode and 4K video recording capability. For the selfie enthusiasts, the device offers an 8 MP shooter with a dedicated flash unit. In terms of operating system, the device runs on stock Android Nougat and expected to get Oreo update in the near future.

Xiaomi Mi A1:

Probably, this is the only smartphone from Xioami to offer stock Android (comes under the Android One programme). The device offers full metal unibody build with premium design language. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-core SoC paired with 4 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 64 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot (Hybrid slot).

In terms of connectivity, the device offers 4G LTE and VoLte capability on both the slots. Coming to the camera capability, the device offers a dual rear 12 MP camera with X2 optical zoom and portrait mode out of the box. For the selfie enthusiasts, the device offers a 5 MP selfie shooter with 1080p video recording capability. Coming to the operating system, the device runs on Android Nougat 7.1.2 with a stock user interface. As Google controls the software updates, the device is expected to receive Android Oreo by the end of 2017.

Moto G5S Plus: 

The last smartphone in our list is the Moto G5S Plus. The device offers a full metal unibody design.
