Canon India has launched a new mirrorless camera, named Canon EOS M100 in India for ₹39,995 only. Along with the body, the company has launched four new lenses under the new series named TS-E. One can go with either TS-E50mm f/2.8L Macro, the TS-E90mm f/2.8L Macro, and the TS-E135mm f/4L Macro lenses, which are priced 1,72,995 and the EF85mm f/1.4L USM is priced at ₹1,17,995. Finally, the Macro Twin Lite MT-26EX-RT is priced at ₹64,999 only.

Like always, one can use most of the Canon lenses, as this camera does offer backwards compatibility for the most of the Canon made lenses. Let’s look at the actual tech specifications for the Canon EOS M100.

The Canon EOS M100 offers a 24.2 MP APS-C CMOS sensor with a DIGIC 7 processor, engineered by Canon. This camera can capture up to 4 fps images in the burst mode and 6.1 fps in the fixed focus mode. The dual pixel CMOS autofocus technology will enable the users to capture the images even in if the object is in motion. The camera features a standard 3.0-inch viewfinder which touches input, there is a new creative assist feature, which enables to share the pictures with just a click.

For the low light photographers, this camera offers an ISO range of 100-25600, so, one can shoot photos even in the artificial and low lighting condition. In terms of connectivity, this camera has everything (Bluetooth, WiFi, and NFC) so, sharing files with your smart gadgets will be a lot easier than ever. For the video buffs out there, the camera can record native 1080p video footages up to 60 frames per second.
