After the last update, both OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T started to show touch latency (delayed touch output in the layman’s term). OnePlus is finally releasing an update to resolve this issue.

Just go to settings, about system and system updates and update your device to latest Oxygen OS 4.1.7 to resolve these issues.

According to Carl Pei, the update resolves several problems like improved system stability, enhances the system fluidity, battery optimisation and Android security patch updated to August. The update also removes the stock Hangout app (if it’s not updated via play store). The update also most likely to fix a sound channel error, that showed up while recording videos. The updates also resolve the call being brought to loudspeakers by some third-party apps and even the rendering issue for the Kannada language has been solved.

The update even resolves the security issue related to third-party app locker(user could have launched an app even if it’s locked from the play store). Looking at all these bugs fixes offered by the latest update if you happen to own either one of these devices then do update your device to enjoy clutter free smartphone experience.
