Along with the launch of Galaxy Note 8, Samsung also announced that it would offer a trade-in of up to $425 on your new Galaxy Note 8. But, the OEM didn’t disclose the terms and conditions regarding the deal.

  • This deal is only applicable for the citizens of United States.
  • The trade-in offer is up to $425: Not every note 7 customers will get this complete amount. In fact, if you bought an entry level android smartphone, then the device will fetch lot lesser. If your smartphone is priced at $100, it might only fetch $50.
  • The trade-in device should be in absolutely working condition: The device that you are trading-in for the new Galaxy Note 8 should be in the absolute working condition with intact battery, screen, reactivation lock, no cracks on the screen and it should not have blacklisted (stolen).
  • This method only works if you buy the device from Samsung.com and offer expires on 30th September.
  • One has to procure, original bill of the Galaxy Note 7, network providers details and credit or debit card used.
  • The device has to be sent back to the Samsung within 15 days of the order, based on the condition of the device, your trade-in value for the device will be declared. If you fail to send the device within 15 days the device will not be entitled under trade-in deal neither they send it back.
  • All standard offers like free accessories on pre-booking (wireless charger or 256 GB SD card or a 360 camera) does apply.
  •  Can return the Galaxy Note 8 within 15 days.
