HTC 10 Evo, the global version of HTC Bolt, which was initially unveiled in US in November last year, has been launched in India at a price tag of INR 48,990. The smartphone is already available to be bought from the HTC India E-Store in pearl gold color.

Currently, only the 32 GB storage option is available in India. The storage can be expanded upto 2 TB with the help of a memory card. One of the major highlights about the phone is the music system which is combined with HTC BoomSound adaptive audio. It is shipped with USB Type-C based dual adaptive headphone, which adjust the sound output according to the ear structure and hearing of the user.

Speaking of specifications, the smartphone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC clocking at upto 2 GHz. It packs 3GB of RAM along with 16MP primary camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). The camera supports 4K video recording. On the front, it has 8MP camera with screen flash.

HTC 10 Evo is a 5.5 inch screen device which is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 to safeguard the screen and display. Along with that, the smartphone boasts of a water-resistant aluminum body. It runs Android 7.0 out of the box with options like unlimited Google Photos space and built in Google Duo app. The fingerprint scanner is embedded with the home button at the front.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and USB Type C port. It does not have the traditional 3.5 mm audio jack. 3200 mAh battery supports Qualcomm’s 2.0 fast charging technology.
