Lenovo has launched its first premium entry-level smartphone called, the Lenovo K320t. The company has launched its newest offering in China. The smartphone goes against the competitive smartphones like the Xiaomi Redmi 5 and the Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus. The smartphone will be exclusively available via JD.com for 999 Yuan or ₹9,999 Indian rupees. One can get the smartphone from 4th January 2018 in black colour.

In terms of design and aesthetics, the smartphone resembles the last generation Apple iPhone 7 Plus (with dual camera setup at the back). However, do note that the phone offers a plastic unibody design (cost cutting factor) with a rear-facing fingerprint scanner. The smartphone offers very modern aesthetics with a premium design, in fact, this is one of the finest looking smartphone from Lenovo in recent times.

Coming to the actual tech specifications, the smartphone features 18:9 aspect ratio screen with 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top. The most inspiring fact about this smartphone is the fact that, the phone was able to offer 81.4 percent of the screen to body ratio with very narrow bezels. The smartphone packs all-new  HD+ 1440x720p IPS LCD screen with 5.7-inch screen real estate. This display is driven by an unknown 1.3 GHz quad-core processor partnered with 2 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot (up to 128 GB).

The smartphone offers a dual camera setup at the back with an 8 MP RGB shooter and a 2 MP secondary depth sensing sensor. This combination offers 720p video recording capability with portrait mode or live depth of field. This camera setup will be able to differentiate between the object in focus and the background to create a nice looking photo like the one captured on a premium DSLR or mirrorless cameras. There is even an 8 MP front-facing selfie camera with 720p video recording capability, so one can expect to capture good-looking selfies in normal lighting condition.

Lenovo K320t is based on Android Nougat 7.1.1 with an operating system with custom UI on the top. There is even provision for dual SIM card slot with 4G LTE and VoLte capability with on both the slots. This smartphone is fueled by a 3000 mAh sealed Li-ion battery with normal charging capability via micro SD card slot.

Finally, a nice offering from Lenovo, the smartphone is likely to launch in India in next few weeks with the similar price tag. However, do note that the phone just offers 2 GB RAM and an entry-level processor, so, for the smartphone might not be able to cope up with the heavy usage. What do you think about the Lenovo K320t?
