ThinkPad, the series of business laptops that are well known for their robust built quality now has two new models. The Lenovo ThinkPad A275 and A475 are the first laptops in the series to be powered by the AMD processor.

Lenovo ThinkPad A275:

Lenovo ThinkPad A275 is priced at $869 (INR 56,00000 is the cheapest option among the lot. The laptop features 7th generation AMD Pro A12 processor, paired with Radeon R7 desktop class GPU. The A275 can take up to 16 GB of latest DDR4 RAM with 512 GB of PCIe or 1 TB of HDD. This exact variant of the of ThinkPad comes with a 12.5-inch display. In terms of resolution, the device comes in either full HD 1080p resolution with IPS LCD panel or 1600×900 TN panel, one can also choose between the touch and non-touch variant as well.

The device weighs 1.3 KG without any accessories and offers 2 full sized USB ports, LAN port, HDMI port, SD card and a biometric finger print reader (as an option). The A275 will be available by the end of October (in the United States).

Lenovo ThinkPad A475:

This laptop is powered by the same AMD Pro A12 processor with Radeon R7 desktop class GPU. Instead of 12.5-inch display, the device comes with a 14-inch screen with either 1080p (touch or non-touch) or a 1600×900 resolution screen.

The device comes with similar ports as well, with a single USB type C, two full sized USB 3.0 ports, HDMI and ethernet port. For the connectivity matters, the device supports LTE-A via external SIM card and offers latest 802.111/ac WiFi compliant. There is no information about the exact battery size, but the devices are slated to last for 10 hours on usage on wifi on a single charge.

Along with these two devices, the company also announced an upgraded version of ThinkCentre M715 Tower and Small Form Factor (SFF) powered by either power pro or Radeon pro processors.
