Moto India has launched their first budget friendly dual camera smartphone in India. The Moto G5S Plus is priced at INR 15,999, the device will be available from today midnight via Amazon.in. The device now offers similar all metal design as that of the Original Moto G5 Plus, built with more premium materials.
The Moto G5S Plus comes with the 5.5 inch IPS LCD screen with 1080p resolution. The device is powered by energy efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-core SoC, 4 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 64 GB onboard storage. The Hybrid slot can accept either two SIM cards or a SIM and an SD card at a time.
The Moto join the race with affordable dual camera smartphones. The Moto G5S Plus is equipped with dual 13 MP cameras (RGB + monochrome). This setup can be used to capture photos with the depth of field or bokeh effect. The device supports 4K video recording capability. the front facing 8 MP camera does get individual selfie flash as well.
The device runs on stock android Nougat 7.1.1 with few additional tweaks like Glance screen, chop-chop to wake up the camera and other gestures. The 3000 mAh battery does support fast charging capability and offers up to 6 hours of battery with just 15 minutes of charging time.
