Google Chromecast

Google Chromecast is an amazing line of digital media players developed by Google. The devices which look like small dongles will allow users with a mobile device or personal computer to initiate and control playback of Internet-streamed audio-visual content on a high-definition television or home audio system. Users can easily do so through their mobile and various web apps that support the Google Cast technology. Alternatively, users can also use Google Chrome web browser to mirror the content on their personal computer.

Google Chromecast to allow users to skip Netflix intros:

Now users can easily skip the Netflix intros with their Google Chromecast. These intros usually appear at the start of a new season that the user is watching.  This feature was previously available on desktop and mobile devices. According to some reports, this feature is now also debuting for the Chromecast users. Now the users will get a new skip button that will be available in version 6.3.0 of the Netflix app on Android. The skip button will appear at the bottom of the screen of the app. The button will go away after the user will watch a show for some time and it will also re-appear when they will watch another episode.

Currently, the skip button is only working by appearing within the controller interface on the phone app. This is so as the Chromecast does not adds any new input functionality to any screen user connects to, unless the user pairs the screen to the Google Home.
