OnePlus has pushed a new software update for its latest OnePlus 5T smartphone, which fixes most of the bugs. To begin with, the update weighs around 285 MB. So before downloading, make sure that you have connected your device to faster WiFi to install the update quickly.
This is an incremental update, and the device is still running on Oxygen OS based on Android Nougat. So, there won’t be any visible changes what so ever. Here is the list of changes as mentioned on the official download page.
To start with the camera, the update offers an improved photo taking capability in low lightning and average lighting condition. Overall, the device should offer improved camera capability with an improved varied depth of field and a newer camera capability. Some users complained that the device consumed a lot of battery when it was connected to WiFi. With this update, the device will have better battery backup, when the device is connected to an open WiFi. The fingerprint scanner should now be faster and accurate than ever before.
