samsung Galaxy S9

The India telecom operator Airtel, in its latest statement, announced that it will sell the Samsung’s latest flagship phone Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ through its online store, and pre-registration is now already open. A few days back, the company took the curtains off from its much-awaited Galaxy series latest model S9 and S9+ at the Galaxy Unpacked 2018 event ahead of Mobile World Congress 2018. Also, pre-bookings had already started for Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ in India through company’s online and offline portals.

For buying the phone through Airtel Online Store, the buyers have to pre-register by visiting the official website or by installing the My Airtel app. The pre-registration process will be open till 4th March and as per the claims made by the Airtel, the whole pre-registration process to buy the smartphone allows the buyer to try hands on the latest device before others. In order to register for the latest phones, one needs to go to the Airtel Online Store and click on the first two available links which are related to Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+ offers. In the redirected page, one needs to enter the required details like phone number, name etc. Airtel after going through every form will send an invitation to book the Samsung Galaxy S9 on the launch date in the country. Thus, the whole pre-registration process through Airtel Online Store offers the buyers a chance to be among the first few customers to order the phone on the launch date. The whole registration process, for the time being, is open to both postpaid and prepaid subscribers, however, clearly, the terms and conditions specify that prepaid subscribers have to opt for a new Postpaid connection or switch from their current Airtel Prepaid connection to Postpaid for enjoying this deal.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ launch date have been set for the March 6. As for the release the company’s latest flagships launch date is set for March 16 in some selected markets- but it remains unclear whether the same date works for India as well. The company is all set to take pre-orders from March 2 for the latest phones, while in India, as stated above, prebookings have already started.

The tech-savvy and interested buyers can also pre-book the phones in India for Rs 2000 from the company’s official website. The pre-booking method is just a measure which ensures that you are among the first few rightful buyers of the latest flagship from Samsung.

It is expected that Galaxy S9 price in India will be starting from Rs. 57,900(MOP) for the 64GB model and for Galaxy S9+, it will be around Rs. 64,900 for the 64GB model. The 256GB models of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will be available around Rs. 65,900 and 72,900. There is a situation of doubt whether the 128GB variants of Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will be launched in India or not!
