Over the past years, Samsung has been making huge investments in order to boost up their production in India. After facing a temporary shutdown due to the current pandemic, couple of months ago, the chaebol has started off with its production of smartphone. Well, the company has now declared about the production of smartwatches too. Not a single watch, but the company has put forward the catalogue which consists of total 18 smartwatches. The company has also launched an aluminium Galaxy Watch Active 2 4G variant with ‘Made in India’ badge.

From July 11, the all-new aluminium “Made in India”variant will be available for users. The cost of aluminium Galaxy Watch Active 2 4G is INR 28,490. The variant would be available to the customers across all platforms such as major e-commerce platform, Samsung Opera House,, Samsung.com, Samsung’s retail network.

Looking upon the current scenario in the country, and increase in demand of “Made in India” products,, Samsung is all set up to take major advantage of it. Now, all the smartwatches would come with “Made in India” badge  and same is expected for the upcoming Galaxy Watch 3.

As per some of the reporters, Samsung would unveil the Galaxy Watch 3 on July 22. There would be two different sizes-41mm and 45mm and two different screen sizes-1.2 inch and 1.4 inch. It will also feature circular AMOLED panel with  Gorilla Glass DX protection. The prize of the watch is expected to be somewhere between $400 and $600.
