We all know about the Sony and their famous Play Station 4, the company launches a new PS4 controller exclusively designed for the children, to improve their overall gaming experience. As we know children’s hands will be bit smaller when compared to adults, so, Sony has invested a lot in R&D to design this new gaming pad meant for children.

However, unlike the dual shock 4, the PS4 mini controller doesn’t offer wireless connectivity. Instead, the device offers 10 feet long connecting cable, which should be good enough for the most part. The device is priced at $30 (INR 1950) in the united states and will be available in both offline and online retail stores.

The PS4 mini controller has all the buttons which are present in the original dual shock 4, however, the size of the buttons have been reduced to place them in the controller. However, few features like 3.5 mm headphone jack, speaker, vibration and motion sensing sensors are missing.

Initially, the device will be available in USA and Canada. However, there is no information regarding Indian availability. However, as always, the company might launch this new add-on few months after the global launch (usually priced more than the international price tag).

So, if you have a kid in the house and interested in gaming, then start with the PS4 mini controller, as it costs almost half that of the original dual shock 4 controllers. So, whats your views on this new additional gadget from Sony? Do you think that it will serve its purpose? Share your views in the comments below.
