Truecaller has added a new feature to its iOS and Android apps in India. Both Android and iOS users can update their app via Appstore or play store to enjoy this feature.
What is Truecaller Pay?
Truecaller pay is a UPI service that works like most of the e-wallets available in India. The users can pair their UPI account, a one-time verification code will confirm the UPI account attached to it. One can transfer the amount to other Truecaller user or can be used to pay by just scanning or entering UPI ID of the beneficiary.
The user can also recharge pre-paid and post-paid cellular networks across India. Unlike Paytm or PhonePay, there is no system of cash back. It’s just a window to do cashless transactions. Recent update enables the users to request money from their friends and families whenever they are in short of cash.
