Xiaomi India launches two new lifestyle products in India. The Mi 2-in-1 data cable (micro USB + USB type C) and a Mi Car charger (supports fast charging). Let’s look at these products for further understanding.
Xiaomi Mi 2-in-1 data cable (with micro USB and USB type C port):

Availability: Exclusively on Mi.com and Mi Home stores
Features: The Mi 2-in-1 data cable is for those, who carry more than one smartphone/ power bank and other accessories. The cable comes with standard micro USB port and an add-on cap that converts micro USB port to USB type C port.
The cable supports fast charging(up to 2.4 Amps) and faster data transfer speed. The cable offers a decent amount of length and the material used on the cable will make it last longer than normal cables. However, it can only connect to either micro USB port or USB type C port.

Availability: Via Mi.com and Mi Home stores
The car charger offers full metal construction with 2 full sized USB ports. Both ports can be simultaneously used, so your micro USB and USB type C can get along together. The charger does support faster 12V and 24V charging (Qualcomm Quick charge 4.0 complaint). There is a small LED light to indicate the whether the device is charged or charging.
